Terms of Service

We guarantee our animals to be healthy, sexed correctly, accurately represented, and free of external parasites. You have 24 hours after you receive your animal to notify us of any issues. If you choose to have the animal inspected by a veterinarian you have 7 days from the date you receive the animal to notify us of any problems. Claims after 24 hours must be accompanied by all vet paperwork.

All animals will be shipped overnight by fed ex. The animals are guaranteed to arrive alive as long as the animal is signed for on the first delivery attempt. Pictures must accompany any DOA claims. In the event that the animal arrives DOA we will either replace the animal or refund the purchase price. 

All animals must be paid for in full before shipping. We accept postal money orders, cashiers checks, and credit cards via pay pal or in person.

If you wish to place a hold on an animal you must contact Kelly's Balls via email or phone and make all arrangements, all holds must be accompanied by a 20% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable however they are transferable if you decide to purchase a different animal instead.
